At our open-air restaurant, the only thing more remarkable than the setting is our elevated Costa Rican cuisine: light yet sophisticated, featuring ultra-fresh and organic ingredients, sourced in our gardens, from the sea, and with the help of a few trusted farmers.

Our Mission

Every meal at El Remanso is made fresh to order, and every juice or smoothie is crafted from fresh fruit.

We work with fresh ingredients of the highest quality, produced locally & organically by responsible farmers.

We serve only sustainably caught fish. If an ingredient is not available locally and/or sustainably sourced, it’s not on our menu.

Every dish is 100% adaptable to your dietary requirements. We are meticulous about accommodating allergies and special diets, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals.
